That is the nicest looking camo on a jet I have seen!  ???   Not the quality, but the actual historical camo...

Hmmm, i'm having some problems trying to put the skin... I've placed the skin in PaintSchemes/Skins and i have created a folder "MiG-21bis"and placed this skin into the folder, but the skin doesn't show ingame.

Sure, no problem. Put the textures from the archive in: #SAS\MAPMODS\3do\airfield\concrete. Make backup.
