And do you remember how is make some areas in Thailand map? There are tga files like stationary objects (added to static.ini) and put it to map. But I don´t know how maximal size is possible for this method....Did you try it? Only one disadvantage: These textures have different shining....
I am going to study that map, thanks for info.

Thank you very much, carsmaster, for detailed explanation.
As far as I understand, there is none sparing of slots in comparison with 1024,-2 textures, by using any of yours method, or am I wrong , please ?
If you use even 4096.tga, -2 INSTEAD 1024.tga, -2, there is no save slots. In this case you will teach only the best graphics.
Only you can save by using 4096.tga, -2, or INSTEAD 1024.tga or 1024.tga, 2 or 1024.tga, 4

I suggest:
Fabians Fred has a lot of objects and I have these objects in my folders in several places (buildings in buildings, trees in trees, palms in palms and so on.) I send you only one Fabian object - the best interested texture - Toungoo, ok? I really can´t find all files...sorry. You must added these lines to your static.ini

[buildings.Plate$CatToungoo]
Title Toungoo
Mesh 3do/airfield/Cat/Toungoo/mono.sim

Here is this object - you copy it to your MODS adresar...

SAS has object packs to download but I can't find them at the moment.
I did find Fabianfred (ffb) object pack on AAS site... http://www.allaircraftsimulations.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=28956

That Toungoo object lowers my frame rates drastically so I deleted from my map.

No good crossing with other textures...and terrain must be absolute flat!

Uzin, a small side comment: Depending of the modpack you use, you will have all major objects already.
I found DBW1.71 enormously helpful for FMB+ since literally everything I needed was there and Histomod is not map making compatible.
I store a similar objects folder from an older HistoMod install only problem is that folder is too big for me to upload it, 1.10 GB. A jsgmemods non SFS folder.

(But since you are currently only looking for textures added as objects by fabianfred, you will not need the entire objects pack anyway.
Carry on.)
