Many thanks whistler and FL2070! Got it working now. Nice! Can't get the speed bar back though, not a problem, but is that correct?

Sadly, I had to remove the HUD mod as I kept getting:  "Il-2 6Dof/TIR Enabled Executable for Modded Il-2 Sturmovik 1946 has stopped working" when exiting the game.
