Here is a stand alone all-in-one BAT Mod 4.2.2 Repack that includes IL2 Stock 4.12.2 and all the BAT modules (till 4.2.2+hotfix4), Single Missions, Campaigns and Skins. Needs a little bit of tweaking after installation to change in game language and Config_IL2 language.

Post Installation Instruction (also included in readme):

Before installation, turn off the Internet, antivirus and all third-party programs.
        The size of the file after installation is 116 GB.

1. Download RePack BAT 4.2.2

2. Run the ".exe" installer, specify a folder outside of "C:\Program Files", wait for the installation to finish.

3. Be sure to read the "Readme" at the end of the installation. Be patient and perform the actions specified in it.

4. After installation, a bunch of shortcuts appeared on the desktop, among them the signs "Config_IL2"
      Run this program as administrator!
      Change the language to the desired one at the top of the window.
      Then, in the lower part of this window, find the button "specify the path to the file "conf.ini".
      Then you need to specify the path to this file and click "open".
      Sample Path: D:GAMES\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 B.A.T ModPack
      After that, in the same window, you MUST specify the resolution of your screen, where it is now 1600x900.
      Click "apply" at the bottom and close the program.

5. Russian language is included in the package by default.
       In order to change the language in the game, open the "conf.ini" file with a notepad,
       which you will find in the root directory of your installation.
       Find the "[rts] section in it, the "locale=" line in this section, and set the desired language.
       Possible values: CS, DE, EN, FR, HU, PL, RU. Example: "locale=ua"

6. Next, a sign called "JSGME" (yellow letter G) was found on the desktop
       Double click on the icon and you MUST include multiple mods in this mod manager.
       To do this, you need to move the mod from the left list to the right using the arrow.
       The mods were listed in the redmi, but I'll repeat it again.

7. Next, signs called "IL-2 Random Skies" (red star) were found on the desktop.
       Double-click on the icon and choose an Era from the four available, for example WAW.
       And they clicked "Start IL-2".

8. During the first launch of the game, a window from "Firewall" will pop up
      Check both boxes and click OK.

9. Wait for the game to load and then exit the game.
     
10. Then go to the control panel of the video card and configure it.
      Namely:
     "OpenGL rendering GPU - GeForce nVidia
     "Smoothing - options" - 4x
     "Smoothing - transparency" - 2x
     "Smoothing - mode" - Replace program settings

   After configuring the video card, launch the game.

I just crashed, for unexplained reasons, B.A.T 4.2.2 fix 4. I think I'll try it. I think the problem will be dll files.

No, if it worked for me , It will work for you too.

1) Disable internet connection to your device
2) Disable Security Software on your device ( for the time being)
4) After installation navigate to Config_IL2.exe and run as administrator. If you face any error notice run it in Compatibility mode of Windows 8 and run again as admin.
5) If Config_IL2 starts then you may find all fonts as " ?????????????????????????????? " Change that to English. Click on the position circled in red and check-mark the second option.

6) Follow Readme instruction.

The repack has a few additional mods added, e.g. new effects, def skies being enabled by default (it's to accomodate for random skies), new concrete textures, NG-Cam & NG-Map being enabled by default, etc.
I tried the repack earlier this year, and there were a hell of a lot of new JSGMEmods added, so pretty cool!
