Just tried to fly this morning and my normally working full up BAT install's mouse will not function so I cannot get past initial menu page.( yes it works & is fully charged.Any ideas?

Hi dietz,

It's a "feature" of IL-2 and can be random (in my experience).

There are more detailed answers, but returning to the desktop - either Alt-Tab out and back in, or press of the 'Windows' key and then clicking on the IL-2 icon on the start bar to return, usually fixes it.
Sometimes needs a second attempt but that is all (e.g. if there a ghost cursor on screen as well as the working image).

just in case if it becomes annoying you can set Mouse=1 in Conf.ini so the mouse stays under windows control and won't freeze the drawback is that you will always have the mouse visible even in inflight window.
