DGen issue - 4.086 version

Yesterday everything was fine, today during fly, my plane blew up without any reason, I quit the mission, then I didn't see any map or mission briefing. Since then, any campaign from DGen don't work.
DGen 4.086, BAT 4.2.1. There is no sound when I push the button to create campaign.
Somebody know the issue? If yes, please help.

To repair this problem, we need to reinstall DGen folder, of course. But what couse the issue? That's the question.

any campaign as in: no matter what I try and which campaign I want to start, nothing works?

The DGen.exe and the Dgen database folder are incapable to damage themselves on their own. It is something you did or failed to do.

did you see that in the DGen log? Did you look at the Dgen log?
What might it tell?

What locale setting are you on?

check your conf.ini:
locale=

empty means, default windows setting, which apparently is Polish for you. So the game starts looking for pl DGen language files that do not exist in your game install.

Why did you set the locale to empty in the first place?
Set locale=us, to get the standard international English version of the game. That should (at least) fix the error we see in the log.

I didn't make any changes in conf.ini.
Only thing what I've done is playing. Plane exploded and the whole campaign crashed. Then, I couldn't set another one from Dgen 4.086. I mean, from any country, but the rest from BAT individual made campaigns were ok.

I will change:
check your conf.ini:
locale=    -> locale=us as You recommend.

This bit makes absolutely no sense and may be a faulty observation of connections.
As I said, the DGen can't damage itself.
