Is anyone aware of a map mod out there that includes Morotai Island ?

I have done a search of maps in my possession and found it falls smack inbetween 4 maps.

Dutch New Guinea
Darwin Dili Ambon
Philippines
Southeast Indonesia

Unless there's an old WIP map, I don't think Morotai Island will be found  on any map.
