Adding maps to BAT 4.0 and 4.1

I have made a couple of updated maps for the 1948 Middle East for the early Israeli conflict.  Where do I put the maps as the Mapmods only list the load.ini?

Maps are added in the usual folder structure...
Mapmods only shows the load.ini because all the map files are packed in sfs files and stored somewhere else...

Thanks Griffon_301 for the information.  Before I posted, I look through the BAT directories for the actual map files and could not find them.
