Random question: Who are Lucy, Sara, Misiko, and John?

Looking through the objects list, I find four oddballs that look like comic book characters or something. I mean... Are they characters from something, or are they just random 3D model tests?

For those who are wondering what I'm talking about, they're at the end of the group of "human objects" in the Objects list.

This is just a guess but they are probably the civilian figures that can be placed in towns so they are not devoid of life.
