Question about the file integrity of the BAT files
« on: June 21, 2017, 03:17:45 AM »

Hello,
I have a question about the file integrity of the BAT files.
If the Hash codes match the manuals everything is ok or there is a chance to have a corrupted file anyway? (I am still downloading via torrent|BAT18 right now)

Also another question, since I am on a laptop with a bit of overheating problem, is the BAT more intensive than CUP (with CUP there was not any overheating)?

Thanks in advance.

When the hash values match, the files are alright.
BAT is a tad easier on the CPU than CUP was, so if there were no issues with CUP, there will be no issues with BAT.

Best regards - Mike

Thank you, I hope everything will go as it is suppose to go, I read all these posts about CTD's and other niceties and if I am right almost all of them are the work of corructed files. For now the long way of downloading continues.

As for the second question that is a relief.
