VAP-250 MDS Rearm fix

This bugfix is included in the
UP3 RC4 Patch Pack 107 RC3!

This Mod fixes the VAP-250 Rearm bug. Previously, only 1 bomblett was reloaded per pylon; now you'll get the original number of 13 bombletts per pylon.

This Mod needs the UP3 Patch Pack to work!
