I set quite a few at important points as required.

I also adjust the height for maximum effect. They are most useful when reviewing a saved game and also great for capturing those "action" screenshots.

the question is a bit vague, though - 'move better?'
that could mean anything. could you be more specific, at all?

Yeah I have a try move better as in the movement of the camera be able to place it at a angle you want and have a choice of static or cinematic camera.  I find it don't rotate very well. Like said there good for placing on  important points for making a mission.
I have a few games with a free cam so can move anywhere you want good for screenshots or making a video.

so, something like the free-roaming static am that was part of the old PAT mod..
i don't think it's still available - many many conflict issues - but hopefully someone can have a look at this...

just a nice description of what you would like to be able to do, should suffice ;)

I'm new to this, but the camera tilts up and down and back and forth and zooms in and out just fine using the mouse. I suppose it would be nice if it could fly around too.

Or maybe you want to set it on automatic so you don't need to manipulate it in game? I don't know if that is possible.

If you haven't seen this, maybe give it a look: http://www.mission4today.com/index.php?name=Knowledge_Base&op=show&kid=661
