Donbass Map

Cant find it, I got one in my HSFX install that do not work and I got a campaign for my HE-177 in my mod act 5,3 install but no Donbass map installed.
I search for it but all I can find is other maps referring to objects from okinavas Donbassmap

4.12.2 does not take the Zuti mods following it. I got this totally black environment and everything floats when loading the mission.
Someone should really clean up that topic, it is a mess. Anyone have a clue
