We'll be patient.  ;) It's better if you make it simple for everybody to use it  :P

Perhaps next week a public Beta will be available. But it will require some previous knowledge (and you already have HSFX7.01 and DBW1.71 SFS files downloaded).

Pardon me if this is a dumb question, but when they are "combined" you mean that all the features of DBW 1.71 and HSFX 7.01 will be working in 4.12?

Anyway, thanks a bunch and I'm looking forward to giving it a try!

Perhaps not all, but most of them. But you have to be a little patient here...  ;)

Thanks, no problem! I imagine this is an extremely tedious project.

I've barely gotten a handle on all the permutations of IL2, but discovered I like the AI in 4.11+ better... and since I play offline, AI is very important. But I like the content in DBW. So I was thinking about wading through a 4.12 install and modding it to my liking, but if you most diligent folks are working on a DBW that uses 4.12, I think I'll wait.

THANK YOU Smart Guys.

But..ehm...how?
So the version I always start with is 4.12.2 - that is what Steam gives me. I can download a patch, say 4.12.1, but it just consists out of 2 or 3 files.

i bought it from GOG, 5 usd download on-line with a 4.11, but they give you a program to downgrade 4.11 to 4.10 and it work, i did it
