I am interested to buy one of these it's 169€ in Finland and I want to compare prices so any who have this device please link me the shop where you bought it.

Is the selling pack including everything what I need to use device or should I buy something else

And the most important is the device worth of buying :)

That's about 167 euro.

Buy the bundle including track clip pro and you have everything you need. It clips to headphone band so you need to be using headphones. It's USB.

Yes buy one, you won't regret it!
