I believe a pilot error , stall....it's right wing fall and it's too low to recover...

terrible - a stall in something that size, at such low altitude, no chance... :(

A stall is caused by many things, pilots fault is onlyone of them. and that is the most common used explaining used also. Leaving the familyes of the pilot in a very difficult situation.
This is a cargo plane, what if the center of gravity was misjudge, once take off you cannot do anything, the nose rise up and whatever you do it will still nose up.
The cargo could moved backwards due to mishap on the cargo secure equipment.
Never ever blame the pilot if it is not proven

Agree with LeOne... we also see the same when trains collide : it is always the conductor's fault... so easy, when conductors or pilots die in the accident ! so, real responsibles never get caught : in general, bad maintenance due to the fact that the head responsibles of the companies try to save money on maintaining the material in good condition, for the best benefit of the share holders ! bad maintenance is probably the main cause of most of the accidents...

Apparently the VHF communications from the crew indicated that some of the cargo (heavy vehicles) had shifted.

That was my first thoght. I have seen documentary about the big anatov and Ice pilot in alasca and Canada. They are very afraid of having wrong weight given to them, or cargo movement during takeoff.
It is like they never really know if it is done in right way. My impression is that it is very demanding job, and there are always a loading officer in the plane taking charge, he got the same responsebility as the Captain in his area
