Some regiments missing

I have read many post about HSFX both in SAS that in HSFX one has keep my curiosity about some regiments that not show in FMB, so i have try in my 5.01 and 6.0 in effect some regiments that are in regInfo and in regShort
not load. What there is the reason for this think, and is possible solved?
