FAA campaign in the Med, and Adriatic.
« on: March 31, 2012, 04:23:10 AM »

I've just uploaded an FAA campaign to M4t. The player will be flying a Hellcat MkIII, AvengerMkIII, and Seafire during Operation Dragoon. Southern Spain is standing in for Southern France.   There are also three missions in the Adriatic area. In the last instalment of this saga, the player was flying Wildcats in the Solomons whilst seconded to the Marines. The next outing will be to the Pacific again. That is to say Palembang, and Sakashima. He'll be flying Corsairs then. The last instalment will be during the Korean war, when he will fly Sea Furies.

cheers

Thanks Monty27. I'm presently working on the Dornier 17 campaign. It's a re-hash of the Storch Poland one. The Dornier missions are on top of the Storch missions so to speak. So, sometimes the player will hear, or fly near someone elses war. In one or two of the missions, you'll have to work hard to dodge fighters. Once again, forget take offs and landings. My copy of DBW 1.6 lands you in a field some distance from the aerodrome as a rule. If I do include landings, you should do them manually. Usually, I have the missions end when all AI threats have disappeared. PM me, and I'll send you a bonus single mission.

Thanks Toasted_Toad. The Pacific instalment of the saga is about 85% ready. It just needs testing, and such. Before that comes out, there's a Do17 campaign in Poland. Then there is a totally ficticious 1941-43 Spain v UK campaign in the Canaries, and Ifni.

PM me, and I'll send you a bonus single mission. Your comment qualifies as feedback    :)
You can find my email on M4T where you downloaded the FAA Med 1944 campaign.

Excuse me David, in campaign's readme you were talking about two DBW files to d/l from mediafire: would you please explain me better what are those? Thx in advance.
