What i noticed today, a 109 AI lands and takes off again (2video's)

Well, maybe it's just me, but i noticed this for the first time. This morning i flew a Spit Mk1 with a wingman against 4 AI BF109's. One BF109 wanted to land and i (cowardly  ;)) shot at him.

But then suddenly his engine came to life again and took off again. Is this part of the new AI UP3.0 (DBW 1.6)?

Sorry for no sound, have to fix that later.

This could be better if the AI gives up of landing while an enemy is nearby, and not just when it is hit. :)
