Thai fighter campaign.
« on: October 23, 2011, 02:59:02 PM »

This is an update of quite an old campaign I did for the Thai Air Force using new mod aircraft now available from SAS.  The new campaign is essentially the same as the old one but with a few slight changes and of course the new aircraft mods.

Updated using IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 with TD 4.11.1 and SAS ModAct 4.

Available at M4T:

Wishing you all the very best, Pete. ;D

Tried to install in DBW 1.6 build got a "Mission will not load" error after finishing the intro movie.  Note the movie only showed a jeep plummeting towards earth from high alt while the text displayed onscreen.  Something definitely fubar in my install.

Note for DBW 1.6 do I need the additional mods noted (static planes, etc) or do they come prepacked in default DBW?

Hope you enjoy it guys and everything works ok. ;)

Hello windweapon, not quite sure what happened to you there, that is not something I've experienced, although getting it to work in DBW has given me a few problems.

The aircraft I've given links to in the readme will all need installing, they are not part of DBW, sorry.
The flyable aircraft is the Hawk75 and it is a four ship formation of those in the intro video, where the jeep comes from I've no idea.  As for installing the stationary aircraft files, not sure if the campaign would load without them or not, in all probabability it would but obviously the stationary aircraft wouldn't appear.

Wishing you all the very best, Pete. ;D

Hello all, I have updated this campaign to use some previously unavailable types and a few that have had their 3D updated. ;)

Link to M4T in first page.
