My sincere thanks Gerax :)
Now it goes straight to the deck of a submarine as an observation aircraft under test.

Can you please tell me if this gyroplane takes off on its own, under the command of AI? And does it take off from aircraft carriers?

Dear Tvister, in the first and second image I tested the Gman in AI mode, without success. It does not take flight and falls into the sea. In the third image, even in manual mode, the Gman falls on the flight deck. IJN Generic CV was used.
I use Il2 1946 Steam version - BAT3.8.5 WAW

Thanks a lot kirk1965!
Now I am working with a model of the Kamov A-7-A3 gyroplane and am having difficulties with the flight model. An autogyro does not take off from an aircraft carrier, but accelerates on land, but does not take off.

Good afternoon. Unfortunately the project has been temporarily suspended. Work stopped at the cockpit of the observer gunner. In addition, it was not possible to create an adequate flight model.

Good afternoon. Unfortunately the project has been temporarily suspended. Work stopped at the cockpit of the observer gunner. In addition, it was not possible to create an adequate flight model.

That is sad news, the model looks superb.  :(

Somewhere around the downloads sections of one of the sites there used to be a Autogyro model, maybe you could find the link and see if there is anything within that mod that might help to get your own project going again, failing that maybe a request here or at AviaSkins in the relevant sections for the specific code and FM needed, surely there is someone with the know how, seems such a shame to have it abandoned. ;)

Take care and be safe.

Wishing you all the very best, Pete. ;D

Hello. I can't promise anything. There are really problems with this mod, but I want to finish it.
