The latest patch for Rise of Flight makes the base game free. So you can play online with the Spad XIII and Albatross Va.
I been playing it all weekend

The Albatross is a beauty to fly. I can't see a damn thing from the Spad cockpit though. I think WWI pilots may have detected the enemy by smell.

This really is a must have! It runs great on high, on my medium spec comp (everything on high). This is like what CloD should have been on release. It really is THAT beautiful. Only this runs like a train!

The demo gives you two planes to fly, and you can buy the planes you really want to fly for a couple of bucks. Ive bought the two twinseater light bombers for 13 euro's, and they are really nice.

Online play works like a charm, andoffline play is great with the carreer mode.

Oh and with the demo, since you basically have the whole game,  you can jump in all the gunner positions online!

Installed, tested with windows 7 64 bits , works quite fine, and looks interesting, By the way, can somebody tell me how to delete all those gauges on the screen?

wow i already played the demo and it worked quite well and it was fun to play with the physics there

I recomend you select "Ace" in difficulty, and in flight right click anywhere on the screen and deactivate the gauges ("G" key or click in the button at top of the screen).

This simulator is the best i've ever seen of the WWI, it's incredible what they have done with the new career mode.

  Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch, where when, why? I missed that Update.
Yeah, those Pits are sth. special, I could only score in that Pfalz D12 for real, seems like this suits me best. With the other planes I have probs, from sighting, flying or scoring kills. But hey, it's really a killer Sim.
