noob question

since up3.0 is unmoddable and up2.0 is unactual, there is a question: how to make all unflyable (by default) planes flyable? and is there a planes-pacl or a cockpit-pack?

so, up2 is, actualy, not  :D

Listen, get UP3, install it, wait a few days for the dark blue world patch, then you will have all the flyables.
