Boomers Object Pack

Boomers Object Pack is not longer available for download as it's incorporated in UP3.

As I have duplicate copies of it sitting in my 410.1 SAS and Mods folder, and it adds betweem 50-60 secs to the game loading times, I decided to see if I could utilise the SFS files:-

SAS Modact Game

1. De-activate the five Objects pack folders in the SAS folder.

2. Open SAS\Std\.rc file and add at the bottom, before '#preload REGISTER' the following:-

@sfs MOUNT up_objects01.sfs
@sfs MOUNT up_objects02.sfs
@sfs MOUNT up_objects03.sfs
@sfs MOUNT up_objects04.sfs

3. Back up the 'static' file in SAS\Std\com\maddox\il2\ objects

4. Copy the static file from UP\Std\ com\maddox\il2\objects and paste it into SAS\Std\com\maddox\il2\objects

5. Launch the SAS Modact Game and you should have faster loading times and more objects than before.

CLASSIC MOD GAME

1. De-activate the five Objects pack folders in the Mods folder.

2. Open Files\.rc file and add at the bottom, before '#preload REGISTER' the following:-

@sfs MOUNT up_objects01.sfs
@sfs MOUNT up_objects02.sfs
@sfs MOUNT up_objects03.sfs
@sfs MOUNT up_objects04.sfs

3. Back up the 'static' file in Mods\Std\com\maddox\il2\objects

4. Copy the static file from UP\Std\ com\maddox\il2\objects and paste it into Mods\Std\com\maddox\il2\objects

5. Launch the Classic Mods Game and you should have faster loading times and more objects than before.

If you copy the objects SFS files to your modded UP2.01 game and follow the instructions for the Classic Mod Game, it should work as well, though I haven't tried it yet.

Transfering my WIP map from DBW that I've been building it, to my SAS modact 4 (4.11.1) install, I realized that
so many objects on the map were missing !...
The fact is that all these object developed for UP3 & DBW, just not included in 4.11.1 stock game (Boomers object pack).

I'm copy/pasting from that post, the links for downloads needed to Import Boomers object pack in a SAS-ModAct 4-4.11.1 version of the game :

@BT~walker:
Take in account that DBW1.71 has more objects included than UP3 RC4.
Which means that importing DBW maps to SAS modact 4 might have some notorious mission saving issues.
And I noticed some slight differences between DBW and UP objects.

Thank's for the heads up! I already have these mission saving issues...
Anyway to worl around this or a way to import objects from DBW?...
