Programmable buttons axis

I wonder if it could be made an switch such in BF_ 109-110 etc that toggle between Secure, Mg, Cannon and both within the keyboard setup. If there is such a button I have never seen it. The reason I ask is because I am going to buildt myself a KG 13 stick with only 4 buttons or even worse a spitfire spade with only two.

but, well if that's possible also a bomb switch would be great...selecting what to drop first etc etc -
