Does someone work in progress about USN Carrier Yorktown class?
CV-5 Yorktown
CV-6 Enterprise
CV-8 Hornet
I want these CVs worked bravely in first half of Pacific War, in example Midway.
So these are also hateful enemyships from IJN!!!

When no one work now, I will make these ships MOD (also franken ones ).

Who is or How is??

AFAIK even if a project is active on one of them (atm I don't remember which) last many months without any update or concrete evidence of still an active WIP!!!

I'll look forward to these badly needed ships!!!

I remember such WIP on AAA, along with mod of old US battleships for Pearl Harbour missions. Unfortunately, I don't remember any updates since 2009((((

There is a Yorktown Class model being worked on by PlaneEater.
Last news, from early March, 3D model was well advanced.
Still needed all the texture mapping done though.

PlaneEaters model is a new build, not a frankenship.

I would suggest a pm to him before starting anything.

Don't know if it's possible (or ethical) to port their model into Il-2 or if a lot of work would have to be re-done to get it in-game.

No, that's the same guy that did the Yankee Air Pirate add-on for WOV. His work is a payware add-on, and he is a tad bit of a "salty" individual.

You should expect that using his model will cost $$ or will be resited.
