Problem with regiments...~SOLVED

Hello! Where can I found folder with regiments? I can't play "The-cruises-of-IJNS-RYUJO" campaign, because I have error: not found reg. 12AF_57FG_64FS...
In STD mod I have "regInfo_ru.properties" (in "i18n" folder)  with all names of USA regiments, but in game i haven't 12th Army Air Force...
May I change this?  :(

The problem maybe is in MODS like Decalshine. Pls, disable these mods and check again about error.

Thank You PA_Willy! The problem was in "Decalshine" and "Forgotten Countries". I had to override "regiments.ini" in those mods and now game is ok.
