Looking great so far and the damage model is good.
I just have an observation though.  I'm not an expert on the Bearcat but I noticed the guns are protruding far out of the wings.  I always thought that the guns were hidden inside the wings and it shows on the French planes in the photos a couple pages earlier.  Maybe I'm wrong.  Please correct me if so.

France received about 140 F8F-1 and -1Bs. The F8F-1 have four 0,5 in machine guns while the -1B model have four 20mm cannons. The F8F-2 is an improved version, equipped with a redesigned engine cowling, taller fin and rudder, armed with four 20 mm cannons.

Forgive me if the admins interpret this as a request, but are you also intending to include a "1946" style camo job - in gloss navy blue with WW2-era "stars and bars" without the red stripe? It would seem like a simple tweak of the current French and Korean War skins and F8Fs were on their way to fight against Japan when the war ended.
