;D  Great beautiful ship! I found some camouflage liveries for this class on the web but do you think Argonaut or Naiad is better?

Scylla is more representative of the class as a whole... But as you can see, she is missing the middle fwd turret as I have written, maybe Ashe could do two different versions in two slots...?

The armament.with twin oerlikons, would better suit Argonaut 1943.

;D   So the HMS Naiad seems to be the most eligible, also because I believe that the HMS Dido has had a simple light gray color throughout his career ....or maybe not, I only found a camouflage used on a plastic model ..

The armament on this model is appropriate for 1943. Specifically the twin 20mm Oerlikon guns.
HMS Scylla would require a lot or remodelling. The guns and cranes are quite different.

;) Guys, I searched the web for images of the HMS Dido, in camouflage livery, apart from some false attributions I only found photos of this plastic model .. if someone gives me a hand and found something interesting I would be grateful.

... I was about to say HMS Dorsetshire, but she sank stern first, so I'll say HMS Cornwall as she sank bow first ...  8)

"The two British cruisers were attacked by a force of 53 Aichi D3A2 Val dive bombers 320 km (200 mi) southwest of Ceylon. In the span of about eight minutes, Dorsetshire was hit by ten 250 lb (110 kg) and 550 lb (250 kg) bombs and several near misses; she sank stern first at about 13:50. One of the bombs detonated an ammunition magazine and contributed to her rapid sinking. Cornwall was hit eight times and sank bow first about ten minutes later."

The problem is that Dido was also the name given to her ship class (around 16 were built), so there are many mistakes with photos, on the net ...  :-X

;D   Asheshouse, I can not believe it ...!! Don't tell me it's HOOD! If yes I think it is among the most desired ships in Il2 history! It would be a fantastic gift for Epiphany!    ;)
