AFAIK there are no ROA air force, at least Me-109. Profiles of known at this time aircrafts were painted as a joke in 70's or 80's.

which indicates that Major S.T. Bychkov did at least exist. Whether or not he flew 109s is another matter, but it is not impossible methinks.
