German vs Soviet hangers and buildings in the arctic

 Can anyone help me determine which hangers and buildings would be most
appropriate for the German airfields and which for the Soviet airfields in the Murmansk
area. I am trying to remain as historically accurate as is possible and stay within the limits of 4.09.
