i´m not sure what version to skin will be the best

The version for the exhaust stacks all at the upper side of the wings or for the version with the exhaust stack nearest the pilot on right engine slung under the wing?

IMHO the second version is correct (based on photos I've seen). As to Jab's plane, the first letter "A" on the fuselage (closest to the cross) should be green color.

It´s hard to say, i´ve found a profile and a picture in "Luftwaffe colours, Nachtjäger Vol. 2", where the letters are black:

The swastika is darker than the letters on the fuselage but the picture is of poor quality...

to be honest, i don´t believe in the  version with green chevron and letters, it´s possible that the first letter is green but i think i will go for the profile i´ve posted above

I don't believe in this version either, but I think that an alternative hypothesis is always interesting. r4xm do you know on witch document the author has based is profile?
As far as I know there is a Fw-190F8 with a green << but it is Schlart not a Nacht so not a very convincing argument...
Perhaps the lighter color of the << is because it is using a grey color and not a green? Some 110 had there marking with a grey color.
About the color of the letter, I don't know if it's the first A or the second that have to / could be painted in green? If anybody knows....
But anyway, as I have already written, picture is not of good quality. And I relay want Boelcke to finish his pack So let's go for black!

I do not know the original document for the profile with green "AA" to my regret... Just have found that in the internet... 

But in any case, the discussion about colours of the letters is so minor compared to that of the plane had different nose and tail radar systems (e.g. it had FuG218 tail warning radar antennae) if compare with MOD we have now...

So I'm waiting for the great Boelcke's paint schemes whatever the letters colours he choose!
