Just to let you know that if you're interested my team and I fly regularly in multiplayer with our versions of BAT 4.3 modded with Tiger's fly by. I modified the original mod to just use the fly by sounds and I use it on top of Next Generation sound mod. Unfortunately it doesn't work with the standard sound mod,  Victor's that is.
If somebody is interested I could share the file to someone able to upload it to some file sharing server.

I remember having the Tiger Fly By mod back when Tiger was on Skies of Valor with us.

I didn't get why the mod was that crazy, though it did kind of annoy me how it made you start partially zoomed in and you had to zoom out.
