Small question for a small plane

Evening all on SAS,

Now this is a strange one from me as I usually do warbird stuff but I thought I'd bring this up anyway..

It's to do with the Pitts Special, I noticed that when the engine has started the propeller is motionless.. and remains in a vertical position.. strange considering that when you're starting the engine the propeller has motion.. any reasons for this? Or is it purely a fixed mod issue that can't be remedied?
