I honestly had never heard of the Ki-74 "Patsy" before and had to look it up!

The Patsy is a Long Range Recon Bomber The aircraft was fitted with self-sealing fuel tanks, armor and a pressurized cabin for its crew of 5.

Over 16 of them being built, so far.
