-> andrey65 & urmel:

Thanks a lot for your kind response! I am happy that you both like the map.

I corrected some minor issues like a missing bridge, undeleted objects, trees in water ...

I would be happy to get some missions you made on the map?

-> Vampire_pilot:

This is exactly the same source of information I used! :-D
A also tried to find pictures in the web for each airfield and if there were some, I tried to rebuilt them (f.e. in southern Sveden).

The map is supposed to display the situation at the beginnig of the war.
As you can see in the texts that descripe the airfields, these where in a phase of construction!
So the Leck airfield is under construction and Husum "was taken over by the Luftwaffe in 1939" at this point of time.
Another example is the airfield on the island of Sylt. This was built up to a large Luftwaffe base and later used by the RAF - so you will find it in my -planned- ColdWar-version. ;-)
But not in 1939.

I only can suggest -in the case of Husum- that you connect the RUNAWAY-markers with concrete plates in the FMB and use the objects there to create it, as you want it.
Both airfields should easily be able to handle the He-162, as they are more than 1000m long?

AND. I found another mistake near the Leck AF - so thanks for that!! :-)

best regards

Alright, your call. But could you remove the fixed building material on the runways in Leck?
Then one could "finish" the runways the same way if one wanted to. As it is now, that's impossible for very little gain in my view.

You're welcome, Vamire_pilot  ;-)

Here comes the version 2 (some minor corrections AND alternative "_texts" file added)

I plan to rework the Silesia (Schlesien) map and after that drop a Cold War-version of the BalticSea map...

I wrote you a message, maybe you did not see it.

Meanwhile I tried a few things. Putting concrete runways on top of the dirt elements seems not possible since the dirt always end up flickering to the top. So Leck can't be modified in FMB.

It works fine with BAT 4.1.

However, one thing that is unfortunate for me is that some place name on the map is broken.

This is related to the country-specific window that each user tries.

There are many countries that do not support that font, so I think it would be good to change the place name in English considering that.

But if there's anything that doesn't technically work, I'll just take the inconvenience.

That's bullshit. It will be part of the next BAT update. It's running just fine for me.

I don't understand that!?
I tested both versions - BAT and HSFX - and it works well. Saved and loaded missions - no problem.
What error do you get andrey65?

-> vampire:
[...] It will be part of the next BAT update. [...]

What does this mean?

-> gunny: I see! So an alternative _texts-file should do it?!
