You have to go on Warthunder site , search for the Pyorremyrsky and you'll find these skins , and some more too....

To modify them , if you need , I don't use gimp but Irfan....

As you have discovered , no need to have it installed....

I have resized them to 1024 8bpp and got them working good too....
