Hello! returning to IL2 after a long absence. Can anyone tell me if Il2 works with the AI track and OpenTrack software ? And if yes -any guie to setting it up for IL2? Thanks

All I can add is that as long as the tracker software can emulate TrackIR, it should be compatible.

Many years back I started with FreeTrack and a $30 webcam. It served me well enough for the better part of a decade until I took the TrackIR 5 plunge. Much superior!

It does, you may want to take a look at these links.
I don't think anything special needs to be done for 1946, I myself use OpenTrack and Aruco paper marker.
