Search for "scale", and select the first result:


Set your scaling to 100%.

Weird thing is wen i put it on 125% i get part of the screen zoomed, but wen i set it to 150% its fine... (i did not try 175% or 200%)

OOPS... I just realized I said to open Windows settings with Ctrl + I, but it's actually Windows key + I. Darn heck. Good thing I wasn't listened to when I said that...
