I've read through everything I can find from a "Search", they mostly speak of single or built missions changing the "Airport friction level" at your home base to get it to work, but this is an Auto-generated Carrer (IJA). Does it just not work in Career? Get the same "out of position or chocks not set (they are)" message. Engine off, canopy open, chocks set, off the runway.. usually radio messages are greyed out if the function isn't available, just want to be sure i'm just not missing something.
