HAs someone
« on: May 04, 2023, 11:44:25 PM »

Hi;
   The title 'has someone' refers to anyone whos been bothered by the 'settings' and 'controls' section of IL2'46 because for years some parts are not working, so I leave it blank as it is as if its not that important. As I've seen in one of the video uploaded here is that they're working very well, so like for example: mixture, prop switch, bombsight/gunsight controls, supercharger, fire extinguisher, to name the few which I think is important for realistic effect.
  Any ideas is much appreciated. I got BAT 1.2, 4134 on modact 6.40 and  Ultrapack UP3

Some parts not working...
One of the video uploaded here...
Important? If it was really important to you, I'd recommend naming the names instead of leaving us with guesswork.
Otherwise I'm quite sure someone will find something that keeps anyone from diving deeper into any of all topics.

]cheers[

In any case all of the controls mentioned in the post work perfectly fine, you just need to assign the proper key and don't forget to use complex engine management in difficulties and remember that not all the planes have engines with superchargers, extinguishers, pitch controls, bombsight etc etc etc. As a mediocre desktop pilot I would say that you need to know your plane just a little bit before attempting to fly

  ]salut[You got the right answer its complex engine management I'm being ignorant after this was answered. I did assigned keys and find it immersive. Well appreciated :-|

Of course you don't need every stuff. I dunno how to use the Bombsight, so I spare myself
the plethora of Bomsight Settings.

But these realistic Simulations are pretty technical and tricky at first hand, very complex.
There's no rule or pointer, just read up Tutorials, Forums on the topic, that's the learning process.
You'll see slight differences and thus get a picture of the complexity.

Cut easy way out.

Knochenlutscher;

                     Yap I'm a having that bombsight mystery too. So I just rather dive bomb instead. I forgot on YT where it was but Heinkel tutorial has an additional stuff to activate the level bombing controls and bombsight. I forgot what it was. I'll research again
