Well, Well)

I have prepared the first skin for you. This is the fruit of my imagination. There will be others.

Here I added emblems and a number. I also made thinner handrails, and the texture of damage. The structure of the ass remained in the form in which I downloaded it, but I removed the extra submarines. Also, I first deleted the files under the 3do folder. But the game crashed on startup. So I left them too. I'm not sure everything will work correctly. Do tests on this. Maybe I did everything right. In any case, everything is displayed in the game.

I will make more skins for this type of submarine. Feel free to share some ideas if you'd like. I will study them.

That's a bit small... 128Mb would be better... sorry 64Kb !  :D   ;)

Apart from the huge detail of the weight of the textures... nice work !  ;)   :)

Epervie, I was a little busy. I probably understand correctly that these files should be smaller. They work remotely. That is, they show us the texture at a certain distance. I thought that if so, then you can reduce it to 2048 and 1024. But to be honest, I don’t know how much they load the system. In any case, I would like to hear how to do better. And then fix it. It is not hard.

If you are using the "BAT 4.2.2 hf 4" or "4.09/UP2.01" (the best in the universe), here are some tips:
- Sub VIIB
Use only :
     - damage1o.tga
     - skin1o.tga (or b) and skin1p.tga

- Sub VIIC
Use only :
     - damage1o.tga
     - skin1o.tga (or b)

- Sub IXB
Use :
     - damage1o.tga - damage1p.tga - damage1q.tga
     - skin1o.tga - skin1p.tga - skin1q.tga

For the size of the textures, it's your choice !
Personally I'm a fan of 1024x1024 (tgb) 512x512 (1o.tga) 128x128 (1p.tga)  64x64 (1q.tga) textures !
Because my computer is not a Cray-2 !  :D   :D

The update ended today, now we have a more realistic deck floor. It remains to make the jointing of the cutting itself. As for the handrails... Since this model has a very crooked 3d, I had to suffer with them, but it seems we won... I would also like to share some textures. They will be used in new skins. I will transfer to my template. Maybe I'll make a video file. I'll show you how I make the skin myself. Thought you might want to take a look at this "kitchen".
