Mods for carrier control?

Good day, I am putting together a server using HSFX, and am looking for mods that allow players to direct where a carrier should go, like SEOW allows. However, since it is a dedicated server, SEOW will not work with it, so I am looking for alternatives. I am going to use DCG to substitute SEOW, however I want people to be able to control where a carrier goes in real time to be able to plan strategic missions.
