I can't say much about Stationary spawning feature, since I found the T/O options (startin in pairs, Bla-bla) bugged since CUP,
when moving to Musketeer still ongoing, I left fiddling until last year still no go.

Stationary spawning I found working, both in CUP and older BAT versions.
Now comes funny thing, seems that the Stationary issue you had was similar to mine last year.

All T/O points (roll to start) got ignored, I always started the at the last before regular T/O Waypoint, and it ignored
even this roll to start, instead T/O the waypoint before the initial start. In clean Installs.

Just checked this Version, T/O features are working for me, Wooohoo.
Stationary spawning and roll to T/O I will try here again.

Poltava's missions are usually great examples for generic plane spawnpoints and TtTO being used in BAT.

They all work in principle (if there's no objects misplaced in the path or some such)

Yes mate

The first taxi to takeoff waypoint connects to stationary aircraft.
Select each plane in the flight and assign them a stationary aircraft.

Thank you, another headache has been cured!

Have been spending so much time on an airfield like Henderson trying to play with number of planes,spacing, and angle to get bombers in the parking spots! ]banghead[

Attention please, not all modded stationary aircaft support this!

Only stock and certain others do. Most mod aircraft (the stationary "SSP" kind you can install yourself) need to deploy from the "generic stationary plane" stationary, which is an invisible spawn point that always works for any plane.

Cool, it is working, I tested a regular Airfield, setup an open Spawn position,
and a second inside a Hangar. Then tested this on Testrunways and in the open.



I knew it was not impossible, as I did this in the past, I remember the TD mechanic
was glitchy, had strange FMB resetting/automation features that you had to watch closely,
Always check all Waypoints, Speed, Height, not just T/O options applied.
Don't trust this mechanic.

The TD implementation is not fool proof though.
I found the Taxi to T/O mechanic can break if you combine with with T/O settings (pair, row, inline...),
this was also a shortcoming from the stock TD code at the time invented. Be sure to
use that Options in a regular T/O, when combined you end up getting crazy spawnpoints and definitely
bonked Taxi to T/O feature. Means the code can relegate you either at Testrunway Spawn or randomly
in the Airfield spawn architecture or at one of the T/O points, depending what you use, if you have no Test or Airfield, then doing real crazy stuff, diagonal Taxi or ignoring most Points. Or it simply does not kick in.

Here you see both Settings when splitted, working. AI T/O with Options
and Player using Taxi to T/O.



Coming from a Time bubble in 2016 I found this Taxi demarcation Line,
the whole FMB with new Objects browser very neat and helping.
It saves precious time, is fun and cool to have.

you can witch that line on/off  btw. it has a key binding.

I have T for taxi.

Very useful for taxiing the P-40 on winding taxiways as you can't see shit from the cockpit, hence that's why they had groundcrew sit on the wings in real life.

Not just on a P-40... this was common practice all over.

Funny, such an uneven airfield would never work in Il-2 :D
