Kevin,
As I commented in the vid, your aim control is tight. I presume a good stick, with a suitable sensitivity curve.

It appears you may be using the cloud density as I had it set in

Effects/Clouds/DATA.cld

Open it in Notepad and change both values for DENSITY to 4, which are the stock values anyway. This will make the cumulus clouds take on a fuller aspect, due to a larger number of individual textures comprising each cloud. If you like a denser cloud, that is.  ;)
