Well,
I googled "
eyefinity iirc".
It is very interesting! I must say. Unfortunately for me, I am with Nvidia GeForce card. So Sad [for me].

You definitely said it right - SAS~Storebror., It is a shame
Nvidia does not give such an amazing feature in their cards.
On the same note. I have explored this mouse fix within "
Reshade" feature, and discovered that I can make the reshade mouse so small you'd have to eye strain to see it in the game. As well as it has an "Offset" feature that you can set. Point case:
I have the monitor I am playing the game on, on the left of the monitor I don't want it to play on (wish I could use both monitors together that spans the game world, but shows only the plane I'm flying. As I mentioned in my first post). The other monitor is on the right of the left one I'm playing the game on.
So the
offset feature can be adjusted to keep the game cursor within the left monitor. Whereby the
reshade monitor mouse, stays to the left of the monitor, inside the game., keeping the game cursor within the game, without going over to the right monitor that I don't want the mouse to go.
This works mostly. And I am able to play the game without issues without the game mouse going over to the right monitor. But it does not stay put for long.
The feature is pretty cool. Just wish the coder, or person who coded
reshade with this feature had placed it as a constant. Not a variable. But with the option of allowing the
user to give it a variable as it is needed.
Also, this Reshade feature mouse thing has a setting that you can change the color. Currently the default color is white.
Oh well. Looks like Software Engineering discussions going on here

Pretty cool I think.
Thanks y'all, for all the ideas and feedback I'm getting on this topic. It's a great help to explore...
