It has considerable overlap with UP objects. I actually took the time to merge the two into a single pack, but chose to not upload it to avoid confusion.

Would you happen to have hitman's "New static objects + retextures - Part 4?"  I've searching everywhere for the objects I'm missing for Whitecat's Hawaiian Islands Repaint. I finally figured out what I need is in this pack

I already tried it and it's another dead link. I even tried using the "Mediafire dead link" fixes.  I looked through all the comments of each pack he released, and I clicked all the links that were there..nothing. My only hope is that someone can add a new link  :(

If nobody has the Link, is there anyway I can remove those specific objects from the map via the Actors.ini file?

Much too complicated to do... properly!
The easiest way is to create an object with the name given as missing.
For the object itself, take the link from an "empty" object or one that is close to it!

The objects are declared missing by the "Universal_Static.ini_Checker" tool?
In this case give the list of objects... I don't have the Max pack4 but I may have the few objects here and there!

Yes the actors contains the full name of an object but nothing prevents you from replacing the object with another one with the same name!
I think there is a technique on this forum to do it... but I don't remember where! It's been so long...
