C-130 "Hercules" skins, and vp Vietnam_recolor

Hello everyone, as promised. Finished with the skin. Made it a little clearer. In terms of historical colors. Not verified. Made an outcome of their preferences.

But I tried to save myself so that the colors were not too clear.
