More T-28s
« on: December 05, 2021, 07:32:16 PM »

Here is a pack of historic skins for T-28s, all low rez. The folder is divided into sub-folders by country. Just pull out the skins that interest you from these sub folders and drop into either the T-28D or T28N skin folder. Countries include: Argentine Navy: in gull grey/white & bare metal finishes. These aircraft, mostly T-28 Fennecs replaced Argentine F9F Panther jets in the attack role. They operated from the carrier 25 de Mayo and land bases. Some flew combat missions during periodic territorial disputes with Chile. Uruguayan Navy: most were Argentine hand-offs. They flew in both gull grey/white and later in a green/tan mottle scheme. Brazilian Navy: flew T-28Rs as advanced trainer, including carrier qualifications. Honduran Air Force: flew T-28s on combat missions along side Corsairs in the Football War against El Salvador. My Honduran wing stripes didn't come out perfect but are passable I think. :-X  Ecuador and Haiti round out the Western Hemisphere. There are also several examples of Republic of the Congo T-28s flown by anti-Castro Cuban pilots under CIA contract against Cuban backed Simba rebels. Finally, you will find a US Navy/Marine sub folder with several Navy "yellow birds" and a Marine Corp red/white aircraft. Hope you enjoy them.
