Might be too late for you, gunny, but someone else might stumble on this thread and problem.

A couple or few years ago I released a wee mod that substitutes an extremely simple replacement object for any missing ones that one can't find or fix. You can elect to use an invisible mesh or a visible one so as to see where and how many the missing objects are the Readme file should make the process simple enough...

I can't find the link on my phone right now, but the gist of the method is described in my reply #164 in this thread:

You can choose whatever existing, tiny little object you wish to be the substitute. Like a pair of binoculars, for instance  😀

These are the objects I am missing:
buildings.House$P39wreck
buildings.House$]SEchurch10
buildings.House$Pribaltic_House_009
buildings.House$F4Ustat2
buildings.House$F4Ustat1

Beside the well known mistake in the church name (that I have with the wrong name in the static.ini to no effect) it is hard to understand why in a SCW map we need to have a P39Wreck and F4Ustat1 and F4Ustat2 that would make more sense in the Pacific.

What I am trying to do is to modify the actor static to take out these anomalies will let you know

With this spelling it will never work!
Because the game only reads : [buildings.House$]

So this is a totally wrong entry!
Redoing the actor can be tricky to do.

In any case the map is already in BAT with improvements and works very well :) no need to say that in BAT you can save mission files I will try to dump the files and find out what was wrong

As a follow up I corrected the entry error in the actor static  that now reads "House$SEchurch10" and from BAT i dumped the four missing objects so I was able to display the Ebro Delta Map in my 4.12 modact 5.3 and save a very simple test mission.
